Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Digital Marketing guru who will be instrumental in managing the high growth phase of an exciting private aviation technology company.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for effective digital marketing and product messaging across multiple channels spanning the entire customer lifecycle of Stratajet’s offering.
• Develop and execute a compelling digital marketing strategy that drives web and mobile traffic, page visits and site metrics, customer conversions and demand generation.
• You will be expected to take on a wide range of marketing activities: SEO, Customer segmentation, product launch campaigns, customer onboarding, reactivation/engagement initiatives, social/search acquisition, promotional campaigns, incentive and membership schemes.
• You will have responsibility for optimising our customer acquisition costs and lifetime values.
• We expect you to define and implement the team, tools and resources you need to be successful.

The skills we are looking for:

• We need a strong Digital Marketing Manager with a broad skill set to take full ownership of all elements of our digital marketing.
• Experience from travel, marketplaces or high value luxury goods a distinct advantage
• Team leader
• We need to see demonstrable experience of delivering real business results in: SEO, content marketing, email marketing, funnel optimisation, revenue creation, organic and paid acquisition, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Driven/motivated, with a positive can-do attitude
• Happy to get “hands dirty” in a fast-paced environment

Salary

Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience and skill set.
