Strataquote

The Strataquote system is the first in a series of innovative web-based applications that will enable charter companies and aircraft operators to significantly increase their Ops department’s productivity. Strataquote provides accurate information on trip-costing by sourcing current prices from over 2000 European airfields:

• Landing fees
• Parking costs
• Out-of-hours charges
• Fire Category upgrade fees
• Handling prices and the services available
• Live fuel prices at participating airfields

Our system doesn’t stop there: alongside the pricing data, Strataquote will also provide estimated flight time, flight distance, total fuel burn (and thus total fuel cost) and a host of other features – including our “airfield finder” module, which shows the closest suitable airfield to any European postcode, taking into consideration both distance and average driving times. Furthermore, the automatic currency converter means that it will work out all these costs in your preferred currency.

All this is accessible in just a few seconds, 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world.

Unlike anything else on the market, Strataquote’s figures are not based on historical data, but on actual prices, taking into consideration the great number of variables – such as time of day, day of the year, oil price, MTOW, number of seats, etc – which can significantly affect prices. We will also have full coverage of European airfields, many of which are perfectly suitable for executive aviation, but are rarely used.

The status quo sees charter companies spending hundreds of hours on the telephone trying to source this data. Strataquote removes this wasted time by centralising all this data and providing automatic calculations, reducing the response time for a quote-request from hours to a just couple of minutes.

Strataquote is the simplest and most efficient way of pricing-up a quote.
